A maize-sorghum transcriptional hourglass

Check out our new research on the gene expression dynamics of developing maize and sorghum panicles in Current Biology. I had a lot of fun dissecting, imaging, and performing RNA sequencing on so many immature maize and sorghum inflorescences. They’re beautiful up close!
